LIVE with ALL my MIGHT

In 1723, while still a teenager, Jonathan Edwards—destined to be a great theologian—penned 70 Resolutions. Number 6 reads: “Resolved to live with all my might, while I do live.” This year’s Resolution Conference will challenge young adults to do just that.

NEW TO RESCON?

Here's the details
ABOUT US

Audience

ResCon is for 18-29 year old singles, but we are accommodating for those who have matriculated early or are in their thirties.

Overview/Purpose

ResCon is a ministry of GYM Camp and like-minded churches. We are all called to serve our Saviour and Proclaim his gospel. What does that look like particularly in the 20’s?

  • A Unique Season: We recognize singleness not as a time of waiting, but as a strategic, distinct window of opportunity.

  • Active Service: We challenge young singles to get deeply involved in serving the Lord rather than letting these years slip by.

  • Bold Proclamation: We further equip and challenge the next generation to boldly proclaim the gospel while they have the freedom to dedicate themselves fully to the work.

“Do not be slothful in zeal, be fervent in spirit, serve the Lord.” Rom. 12:11.

Nitty-Gritty

  • Register. There’s only limited space.
  • Invite your Friends. “A threefold cord is not quickly broken.”
  • Come asking God to change you through His Word.
  • More questions: See FAQs.

This Year's Theme

Model

We are not promised tomorrow.
We are given this day—and then that day when we stand before Him.

So we begin where everything ends.
When we gather in St Louis, in our first moments together, we will fix our eyes on the inescapable realities every human being will face: the judgment of God and eternity—either with Him in unending joy, or without Him in unfathomable loss.

From there, over the next two days, we will ask the unavoidable question: How then shall we live? If God is infinitely holy, if the future is infinitely long, and if this brief life is the decisive prelude to everlasting joy or sorrow, then every day matters.

God calls us to live intentionally—to live for glory that lasts. We’re called to savor this day as a gift of mercy, and to shape every choice in light of that Day, when we will see Him face to face.

Voices of Virtue (Church History)

What makes a preacher truly faithful in God’s eyes? In this episode, we examine the difference between celebrity pastors and Spirit-filled shepherds. While many modern ministries focus on charisma, popularity, and promises of prosperity, Scripture presents a very different model of biblical preaching. We explore why faithful preaching transforms both churches and societies, and discuss the essential characteristics of a Spirit-filled messenger: conversion, godly character, devotion to Scripture, and a life of prayer. Drawing from biblical examples such as John the Baptist and Peter, this conversation challenges listeners to value faithfulness over fame and truth over popularity.
